A pre-birthday birthday
     | | A business trip to Carlisle on Monday (or possibly something from the weekend?!) may have infected me with some horrendous virus - I'm not sure. Either way, Tuesday was a write-off (had spent Monday night shivering and sweating and hardly sleeping) and today was only slightly better. My temperature was all over the place. I was feeling slightly human by late afternoon but still not right. Don't these things have any consideration for birthdays?!?! So yeah . . . as A****** and R****** wouldn't be around for the actual day of my birthday, we had a little mini-celebration tonight, as can be seen.
