Well, I say that, but two hours before closing time on a Tuesday evening is very different to two hours in the daytime in the middle of the weekend. As closing time approached it dawned on us that we still had a load of cardboard cuboids to pick up from the 'self-service warehouse area'. All but one of these cuboids are now propped up in the hallway, creaking to themselves every time someone walks past as if to say, "Aren't you going to assemble us soon? We don't assemble ourselves, you know." So yeah . . . and we managed to come back with no candles, no plants, no energy-efficient light bulbs and hardly any rubbish from the kitchen area (and nothing from the food shop).

Where are we? Looks like Leighton Moss again, which isn't a bad thing. I think Tom had had a sleep-over at our house the night before. I think today we went to various places - Morecambe Superbowl, McDonalds's (eaten on the promenade somewhere) and then over to Leighton Moss for some contrast / balance. From the ridiculous to the sublime or something like that.
Blimey. I've managed to upload these things to YouTube . . . which isn't exactly difficult, of course, but I just never got around to it. Not sure I'm liking the size of the iframe window but never mind . . .
Why have I taken pictures of telegraph poles here? Well, it was just meant as a memory aid more than anything. A****** and R****** (well, okay, more A****** then) were doing a treasure hunt thingy. One of the tasks being to stand in a specific spot and count how many telegraph poles you could see. Of course, if you had a pair of binoculars handy you could probably spot more than three but hey . . . I digress.
