Vivienne Westwood
It probably annoys M**** greatly but I still cannot help myself getting riled up whenever I hear someone famous abusing their position of power/influence in order to propagate lies/rubbish/misconceptions about global warming. Last night on 'Friday Night with Jonathan Ross', this is exactly what Vivienne did, as if her 5 minute rant about global warming was some kind of rare, golden opportunity to reach millions with her rallying call for us to galvanise and 'do something'. You know, even if humans were removed from the face of the earth, along with all of their CO2 producing devices, that would only reduce the CO2 entering the atmosphere by about 1%. I could go on but it would be a waste of my time and energy. Somebody, somewhere, somehow has pulled a lot of wool over a lot of people's eyes and that ain't easily gonna be lifted . . . here's a start, though ('The Great Global Warming Swindle'). I only hope if they ever try to further brain-wash our children with 'An Inconvenient Truth', this is swiftly followed with 'The Great Global Warming Swindle', for balance.
